How do I place a bespoke order?

Contact us at hello@lysgaarden.com with your requirements. We will respond within 48 hours with a proposal and quote.

What is the minimum order for custom design?

10 units. There is no minimum for our standard collection pieces.

Where are your products made?

Designed in Norway. Produced in Europe. We do not manufacture in Asia.

How long does production take?

Standard orders: 2–4 weeks. Custom institutional orders: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and volume.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines are confirmed at order.

Can I see a sample before committing to a large order?

Yes. We offer sample production for institutional clients. Contact us to discuss.
